The Ceremony

Located on the beautiful grounds of the Golf Club Motor Inn Wingham 


Are you looking for a stunning outdoor location for your wedding ceremony?  Why not exchange your vows in our unique setting beside a beautiful pond surrounded by the Wingham Golf Course and the Great Divide as your backdrop.


The reflection from the water of our large pond makes your wedding photos even more special and the golf course itself also provides fantastic photo opportunities.



Ceremony Package Includes:


•    Accommodation for the Bride & Groom in the Honeymoon Spa suite on the wedding night

•    A dedicated wedding co-coordinator on hand to oversee the ceremony and assist with any special requirements

•    A wedding rehearsal with the wedding co-coordinator present

•    Set up and pack down of the ceremony location



The Reception 


The Wingham Golf Club is the ideal venue for holding your wedding Reception.  The function room can accommodate up to 160 guests for a formal style sit down function or up to 200 guests for a cocktail style reception. With sweeping views overlooking the golf course it is the idyllic spot.



Reception Package Includes: 


•    6 hours function room hire (Reception available up to midnight)

•    A dedicated wedding co-coordinator who will assist you in planning a stress free wedding and will be available on the night to oversee your

     Wedding Reception

•    Fully trained bar and wait staff for the duration of the reception.

•    Professional planning, advice and referrals to wedding service providers.

•    Use of the Wingham Golf Club grounds for wedding photos.

•    Cleaning of the function room after the reception.


NOTE:  Reception room set-up including tablecloths, napkins, dressed and skirted bridal table cake table and gift table is not included in above figure. However we can refer you to a Reception Room Decorator who will create the perfect wedding atmosphere.  Alternatively you may wish to decorate yourself.


EJ’s Restaurant  


Caddy’s specializes in weddings and there are a variety of wedding catering choices available.  Your reception can be a  formal sit down reception (catering for up to 160 guests) or the more informal finger food function (catering for up to 200 guests). The Chef is happy to discuss your wedding reception options with you and personalize menus to suit your individual tastes. Pre-wedding tastings can also be arranged.




Following the Reception it is a leisurely stroll back down the drive to your room where you can kick back and relax in four star comfort.

Wedding Group discounts apply when over six rooms are booked.
